  likely become slick and hazardous. Travel could be very difficult. 
  The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday evening commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Very cold wind chills Friday with low teens 
  to single digits most of the day.  Negative wind chills Friday 
  night into Saturday morning.  Some areas on Saturday will not have 
  wind chills above zero and the negative wind chills will return on 
  Sunday.  If stranded in a winter storm these cold conditions will 
  be an added concern.
