The National Weather Service in Amarillo has issued a Red Flag
Warning for breezy winds and low relative humidity, which is in
effect from 1 PM this afternoon to 10 PM CDT this evening. A Fire
Weather Watch has also been issued. This Fire Weather Watch for
breezy winds and low relative humidity is in effect from Sunday
afternoon through Sunday evening. The Fire Weather Watch is no
longer in effect.

* WINDS... For the warning, southwest 15 to 20 mph with gusts up
  to 35 mph. For the watch, southwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts up
  to 45 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...For the warning, as low as 6 percent. For
  the watch, as low as 5 percent.

* TEMPERATURES... For the warning, in the mid 90s to 104. For the
  watch, in the mid 90s. 

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will have the potential to 
  spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.

* SEVERITY...

  FUELS (ERC)...90th+ percentile...5 (out of 5).
