  Harmon, Jackson, Jefferson, Johnston, Kiowa, Love, Marshall, 
  Murray, Pontotoc, Stephens and Tillman and northern Texas, 
  including the following counties, Archer, Baylor, Clay, Foard, 
  Hardeman, Knox, Wichita and Wilbarger.

* WHEN...From 3 PM CDT this afternoon through late tonight.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
