In southern Oklahoma, Garvin. * WHEN...Until 1230 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 927 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms.
