Northern Nowata County in northeastern Oklahoma...
Northern Washington County in northeastern Oklahoma...
* Until 130 AM CDT.
* At 1030 PM CDT, Doppler radar and trained weather spotters
indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned
area. Widespread 1 to 3 inches with localized amounts between 5
and 6 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1
to 2 inches in 1 hour. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to
begin shortly.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
producing flash flooding.
