Northern Mississippi County in eastern Arkansas...
South central Pemiscot County in southeastern Missouri...
Southwestern Dyer County in west Tennessee...
Northeastern Lauderdale County in west Tennessee...
* Until 745 PM CDT.
* At 653 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Dell, or near Manila, moving east at 55 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.
* Locations impacted include...
Dyersburg, Blytheville, Gosnell, Manila, Halls, Dell, Burdette,
Bradleytown, Heloise, Unionville, Little River, Etowah, Victoria,
Dearman, Edith, Lennie, ODonnell Bend, Tomato, Poplar Grove, and
Roseland.
This includes Interstate 55 in Arkansas between mile markers 54 and
72.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a storm shelter or an interior room on the
lowest floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are
outdoors, in a mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest
substantial shelter and protect yourself from flying debris.

At 705 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located over Blytheville, moving east at 55 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
