* Tornado Warning for...
  Central Desha County in southeastern Arkansas...
  Northeastern Drew County in southeastern Arkansas...
  South central Lincoln County in southeastern Arkansas...

* Until 715 PM CDT.

* At 638 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Tillar, or 12 miles south of Dumas, moving east at
  40 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.
