The National Weather Service in Tulsa has issued a
* Tornado Warning for...
Northeastern Sequoyah County in east central Oklahoma...
* Until 145 AM CDT.
* At 109 AM CDT, a severe squall line capable of producing tornadoes
that may not be visible due to heavy rain was located 3 miles east
of Sallisaw, moving east at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.

This includes Interstate 40 in Oklahoma between mile markers 306 and
314, and between mile markers 325 and 328.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a basement or an interior room on the lowest
floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a
mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter

NORTHEASTERN SEQUOYAH COUNTY...
At 121 AM CDT, a severe squall line capable of producing tornadoes
that may not be visible due to heavy rain was located near Muldrow,
moving east at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
likely.

...THE TORNADO WARNING FOR NORTHEASTERN SEQUOYAH COUNTY WILL EXPIRE
AT 145 AM CDT...
The storm which prompted the warning has moved out of the area.
Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire.
A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 500 AM CDT for
east central Oklahoma.
Remember, a Severe Thunderstorm Warning still remains in effect for
eastern Sequoyah County until 215 AM CDT.
