  Southern Crawford County in northwestern Arkansas...
  Northern Sebastian County in west central Arkansas...
  Southeastern Sequoyah County in east central Oklahoma...

* Until 200 AM CDT.

* At 136 AM CDT, a severe squall line capable of producing tornadoes
  that may not be visible due to heavy rain was located near Moffett,
  moving east at 45 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

that may not be visible due to heavy rain was located 4 miles
southeast of Van Buren, moving east at 45 mph.
