...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 1230 AM CDT SUNDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, southeast, and southern 
  Oklahoma, including the following counties, in central Oklahoma, 
  Grady and McClain. In east central Oklahoma, Pontotoc. In 
  southeast Oklahoma, Atoka, Coal, Hughes and Johnston. In southern 
  Oklahoma, Garvin, Murray and Stephens.

* WHEN...Until 1230 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 
  Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is 
  imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 732 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Up to 2 inches of rain have
    fallen in some locations.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are expected
    over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
    flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Ada, Pauls Valley, Sulphur, Atoka, Coalgate, Lindsay,
    Wynnewood, Stratford, Maysville, Bray, Roff, Elmore City,
    Paoli, Stonewall, Lehigh, Katie, Tupelo, Byars, Fitzhugh and
    Foster.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
