* At 831 PM CDT, the leading edge of winds from a line of severe
  thunderstorms was located along a line extending from 4 miles east
  of Cogar to 3 miles southwest of Noble, moving northeast at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

  Southern Oklahoma City, Norman, Moore, Newcastle, Blanchard, Noble,
  Tuttle, Slaughterville, Goldsby, Union City, Minco, Bridge Creek,
