The National Weather Service in the Quad Cities has issued a

Southeastern Putnam County in north central Illinois...
* Until 845 PM CDT.
* At 815 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located over Lake Wildwood, or 8 miles northeast of Lacon,
moving east at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado and tennis ball size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.
