  Northern Caddo Parish in northwestern Louisiana...
  Southeastern Cass County in northeastern Texas...

* Until 430 AM CST.

* At 359 AM CST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over McLeod, or 14 miles south of Atlanta, moving
  northeast at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
           to roofs, windows and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
           likely.

* Locations impacted include...
  Rodessa, Ravanna, Brightstar, McLeod and Kiblah.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a well-built building

was located over Rodessa, or 12 miles southeast of Atlanta, moving
northeast at 25 mph.
