The National Weather Service in Lincoln has issued a
* Tornado Warning for...
Northeastern Marshall County in central Illinois...
* Until 845 PM CDT.
* At 813 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Varna, or 8 miles northeast of Lacon, moving east
at 40 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. Trained spotter reported a
funnel cloud near Henry.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.

This includes Interstate 39 between mile markers 33 and 40.

CENTRAL MARSHALL COUNTY...
At 831 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located over Wenona, or 12 miles west of Streator, moving east at
35 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
likely.
This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
east central Marshall County.
This includes Interstate 39 between mile markers 33 and 40.
