Northwestern Sebastian County in west central Arkansas...
* Until 830 PM CDT.
* At 749 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm with strong low level rotation
that could produce a tornado at any time was located over
Excelsior, moving northwest at 15 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.
